Available at Trocasautomóveis, this Nissan Sunny GTI‐R is an iconic homologated hot hatch produced from 1990‐1994 for Group A of the World Rally Championship. Equipped with a 2.0 L turbo (SR20DET) 220 hp engine, ATTESA all‐wheel drive and a large rear spoiler / air intake, it accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.4 s. It is a rare and highly valued model known for its agility and power. It differs from the standard N14 Sunny by a hood with a large air intake (for the top intercooler) and a prominent rear spoiler. Only 600 left‐hand drive units were produced to meet Group A homologation rules, making it a collector’s item. Recognised for excellent traction in various conditions, with sub‐hill‐climb behaviour at the limit, characteristic of 4x4s of the era. The model is also known in Japan as the Nissan Pulsar GTI‐R. In Portugal, the existing units are highly sought after by enthusiasts of classic Japanese sports cars.
